Why Wheelhaus

Not a bike shop.
An e-bike shop.

Most shops treat the motor, battery, and controller as a mystery box. For us, they're the whole point. Everything here — the tools, the training, the parts wall — is built around electric bicycles.

Real electrical diagnostics

Battery health testing, motor and controller analysis, wiring fault tracing. We find the actual problem before anyone spends money on parts.

Electric bicycle specialists

Our technicians specialize exclusively in electric bicycles and light electric motos — hub motors, mid-drives, and e-moto platforms, every day. This isn't a sideline; it's the entire job.

Custom builds

From electric conversions to frame-up e-moto builds, we design and build machines you can't buy off a shelf — and we service what we build.

Transparent communication

Written estimate before work begins. A message when parts arrive. A call if anything changes. You'll never wonder where your bike is.

Quality workmanship

Torque specs, thread locker, cable routing done right. Every bike leaves with a final quality check and our 30-Day Workmanship Warranty.

Certified Used expertise

We inspect, test, and certify pre-owned electric bikes for a living. If you're buying or selling used, nobody in Atlanta knows the market better.

No charge. No pressure.

The Free Safety Check

Ten minutes with a technician, zero dollars. It's for anyone riding an electric bike in Atlanta — whether you bought it from us, from a website, or from a stranger on Marketplace.

  • Brake function and pad wear check
  • Tire condition and pressure
  • Battery mount, connector, and charge-port inspection
  • Critical bolt check — stem, axles, brakes
  • A straight answer about what your bike needs — and what it doesn't

What it isn't: a full tune-up, a deep electrical diagnostic, or a repair session. If we find something that needs work, we'll tell you exactly what and exactly how much — then it's your call.

The Wheelhaus Promise

We will never invent a problem to sell a repair. If your bike is safe, we'll shake your hand and see you next time. If it isn't, we'll show you why — on your bike, not on a clipboard.

One complimentary safety check per bike. By appointment or walk-in, whichever gets you here.

Electric bikes.
Expertly serviced.

Twelve departments, one standard. Tap any category to see what we do and what it costs. Don't see your repair listed? We'll provide a written estimate before any work begins.

When the problem isn't obvious, guessing gets expensive. We run a structured diagnosis across the electrical system, drivetrain, and chassis, then tell you exactly what is wrong before anyone spends money on parts.

Free Safety CheckFree
Professional Diagnostic$89.99
Battery Health Assessment$49
Pre-Purchase Inspection$89

Professional diagnosis for electrical, intermittent, mechanical, or unknown issues. When appropriate, the diagnostic may be credited toward an approved repair.

Scheduled maintenance built for electric. Extra weight and extra speed mean brakes, tires, and bolts work harder than on any regular bicycle.

Complete Tune-Up$185
HAUS Signature Service$285

Brake pad installation labor is included in every package. You pay for replacement pads only if they are needed. Complete includes the Wheelhaus Wash. HAUS Signature includes Premium Detail. Full package details below.

The Wheelhaus Process

Five steps.
Zero surprises.

1

Check In

Book online or walk in. We log your bike, your concerns, and how you ride — it all goes on the ticket.

2

Evaluation

A technician inspects the bike and, where needed, runs electrical diagnostics to find the real problem.

3

Estimate

You get a written estimate with parts, labor, and timeline. Nothing happens until you approve it.

4

Service

We do the work to spec, test it, and quality-check every system before the bike leaves the stand.

5

Pickup

You get a message the moment it's ready, a walkthrough of what we did, and a bike that rides right.

30-Day Workmanship Warranty

Every repair and service we perform carries our 30-Day Workmanship Warranty. If something we worked on isn't right, bring it back and we'll fix it — no charge, no debate. That's the whole policy. (Used bikes bought here are covered separately by the Wheelhaus Certified 90-Day Warranty.)

Every completed repair also receives a complimentary basic cleaning before pickup. It is the Wheelhaus standard, not an add-on. And any accessory purchased here that takes under 15 minutes to install goes on free.

Questions

Before you ask.

Yes — most of the bikes on our stands weren't bought here. If it's an electric bicycle, it's welcome: bikes bought online, bikes bought from another shop, direct-to-consumer brands, and custom builds all get the same standard of work.
Yes. Rad, Lectric, Aventon, Ride1Up, Juiced, and the rest of the DTC world make up a big part of our service work. For less common brands, electrical repairs start with our $89.99 diagnostic so we can confirm parts are actually available before you spend money — some budget brands have components that can't be sourced, and we'd rather tell you that up front than after a deposit.
Absolutely — Sur-Ron, Talaria, E Ride Pro, Arctic Leopard, and similar light electric motos are a core part of the shop, not a side job. Tires, chains and sprockets, suspension, brakes, full electrical, and performance builds. If you ride one in Atlanta, this is your shop.
No — we specialize exclusively in electric bicycles, cargo e-bikes, and light electric motos. We don't service e-scooters, electric skateboards, OneWheels, EUCs, or hoverboards. Doing one thing at a high level is the whole idea.
Usually, yes. We'll install customer-supplied parts as long as they're safe and compatible with your bike — and we'll tell you honestly if they're not. Two things to know: labor on customer-supplied parts is billed at our standard rate, and the 30-Day Workmanship Warranty covers the installation, not the part itself.
For a Free Safety Check or a quick adjustment, walk-ins are welcome anytime we're open. For diagnostics, tune-up packages, and repairs, booking online gets you the fastest turnaround and lets us have parts ready when you arrive.
Most standard services and repairs are done within two to four business days. Jobs that need ordered parts depend on shipping, and we'll give you an honest timeline in your estimate — then message you the moment your bike is ready. Need it faster? Ask about priority service when you book.
